WHY IS THIS LJ FRIENDS-ONLY?
Mainly because I want to keep track off who's reading all of this crap. I suppose it's to keep the outside people out.

WILL YOU ADD ME?
Probably. I love new friends, and if I think we'd get along, I'll add you! Just comment on this entry, add me, and I'll do the same!

WHY WON'T YOU ADD ME?
If I know you in real life, then I probably won't add you. If we have nothing at all in common, then I probably won't add you. If you insist on typing in text speak (unless you are l33t, which is fine), then I probably won't add you. If you're generally a twat, then I probably won't add you.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Swearing, and lots of it. Also, I talk about my boyfriend (James) a lot, because we're basically each other's lives. Other hot topics of conversation are Top Gear, Foo Fighters, general music, Bobbehs, other general in-jokes, rants about college, rants about driving, rants about University, rants about people, rants about Father, intentional and unintentional typos, procrastination (feel free to give me a kick up the arse if I ask for one), memes, surveys, freaking out when my period goes missing, photos of people you don't know, quoting things, general TV, pretending not to like Top Gear, F-List loving, fangirling, rambling, drooling, pimping things, and lots of slash. Oh, and ROFLCATS. Because ROFLCATS are for life.

AND, WHAT ON EARTH IS A 'BOBBEH'?
A rare and beautiful creature, which is only truly understood by myself and [info]kolaqube. If you're really Curious (See what I did there? ... No, probably not.) then you should check out the BobbehWiki, which should hopefully explain it. A bit. You'll never understand, and I think we should keep it that way.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
I don't think so. If I think of anything, I'll let you know. Who comes up with these questions, tsk.

*Hugs* No problem, and I'm always willing to learn new stuffs, and I know nothing about welding, so perhaps you can teach me something :-D
My LJ is mostly filled with extreme rambles about my favourite bands [Foo Fighters] and it WAS filled with rambles about my boyfriend/panda/Simon, but he dumped me, so yeah.

You have uber cool taste in music [I happen to love Snow Patrol, Foo Fighters and Franz Ferdinand ... and Panic! At the Disco, too]. Plus you have Richard Hammond down as interest and I just love him.

I don't so much like the Foo Fighters, more... obsess, love and worship them ;-) I'm always posting Foo!Spams. I have waaaaaaay too many photos of them.

As for TEH HAMMOND, well. He is just love. Not that I watch Top Gear or anything, nonono.

You could say I was their stalker ;-) But I'm not, don't get me wrong, I just love them oh so very much! As you can probably tell from my Friends Only banner and header and icons and interests...

Awww, I *heart* Clarkson! And Hammond, and May, and Stig... Heh, I'm just a little obsessed with it. I don't like it. I don't! *Is really rubbish at lying*

And yay for Emma's, I think ;-) In my high school, there were eight of us in my year. And 7 were Emma Louise! Argh, I hate my middle name :-P Well no, I like it, but Emma Louise. Argh. *Rolls eyes*

Just read your message, I added you. Not often I meet another SDRE fan! I got into them through the Foo Fighters too. Ya seen the Foos live? I saw them at Reading last year, they played an incredible version of Stacked Actors! Much love for a lot of their material, especially the early stuff.

I love SDRE, they're so good! And the Foo of course!

And yay! I saw teh Foo in June, at their Hyde Park gig! Stacked Actors rocks, I seem to recall them playing that at the gig, but my brain was a little fuzzy by that point (Sheer excitement, obviously!).
Their older stuff ROCKS. Foo Fighters is one of my favourite albums ever (Though I must admit that One By One is my favourite!)

Tis so nice to meet a fellow fan! You wouldn't think they're as rare as they seem to be on LJ!

Yeah, I know more Foo Fighters fans in person than I do on here which is a bit strange!

My favourite album is either the first one (much love for Big Me) or There Is Nothing Left To Lose. I just love those mellow vibes in the 2nd half of the album. I don't own their newest double album yet, worth buying? x

TINLTL is amazing too! I love Generator and Headwires the most, but Aurora and Live-In-Skin are amazing too. In fact, the whole album is fantastic!

And In Your Honour is very, very good. IMO anyway, but I suppose I would say that ;-) The great think about IYH is that you can always find a song on it you'll feel like listening to, because of the two different sides. I think the first side (the rock side) is better, but the softer, second side is great too! It was the first one I got, if I'm honest, because I've only liked them for about a year. But it got me hooked!

Aah good point, i guess it being a double album means there's always going to be a song to fit any mood. I'll look out for it when I'm next in town!

I hear they've played a really intimate show pretty recently which included just the acoustic stuff off In Your Honour. Sounds pretty chilled although personally, id still wanna hear Breakout and Everlong! x

It's been out for awhile now, so the price would have gdropped considerably! Even though personally I think it's worth it at any price :-P

Yep, they did a few very very intimate gigs and I believe they did play Everlong because... well, they ALWAYS play Everlong (thankfully!). In fact, I think they played it last, because that's what they always do, and there would be outrage amongst the people who went if they didn't play it!
I would have killed to go to those concerts! Especially seeing as their old guitarist, Pat Smear, was there and played! That would have finished me off, I think.

Yes, I must admit to being a bit addicted to Top Gear. I don't mean to be, but the boyfriend got me into it, so ;-) Used to just watch it for the presenters... and now I just watch it for the presenters... And the fact that there's lots of slash going on there!

And Foo Slash is EXCELLENT, unless, y'know, it's written by me. You should check out _tangledstars and _bandslash which are both really good bandslash communities (_ts is more for Foo Fighters/Nirvana and _bs is more general)!
